Refund and Cancellation Policy- PEDAGOGISTA TEAM
We, the ‘PEDAGOGISTA TEAM, provide our best possible services and make the most significant effort to serve our users. Customer satisfaction is what matters to us. However, suppose the User of the services of the PEDAGOGISTA TEAM finds the service rendered unsatisfactory or wants to request a partial or full refund or cancel the work order. In that case, you must follow the refund rules. Users of the services of the PEDAGOGISTA TEAM must read the refund rules before availing of the services. Any user who avails of our services will presume that the User has knowledge of refund rules and has agreed to those conditions. We will entertain no further liability in case of a refund other than whatever is stated in our refund and cancellation policy.
Eligibility, terms, and conditions of refund
All our services are non-refundable unless the users do not receive the timely delivery of work. However, the work that has to be done should have a reasonable time to finish the same. In case a particular job needs urgently, the price of the same may vary with the usual services. we shall accept no request to commence work without receipt of the quoted amount. We shall calculate the time of submission of work from the time of payment and the receipt of such cost amount from the User’s end.
All the services which have been already provided are non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, where the User is not satisfied with the service received from our end, the User can request a refund and shall do the same within 24 hours of receiving that service. If the service has been delivered already, the User cannot cancel or ask for a refund of any particular service already provided. Such service includes any of the assignment help or project help services; then, such request of cancellation or refund will mean that the User has waived his right on that particular assignment or project that has been sent by us. The ‘PEDAGOGISTA TEAM’ has all the right to use that cancelled work for any other use.
If the nature of the service is continuous and the payment has been made prior, the User must request a refund within two days. In that case, where the work has been done partially, that potion that is done, payment for that portion of the work will be deducted. If the work has been completed already, no refund shall be issued.
Only requests for Revision or modification will be entertained if the same has been made during the proposal of work, within a reasonable time, within 24 hours, or whichever is earlier. And such Revision or modification of work is within the context provided beforehand with the original service request. We will not entertain any other request for Revision or modification without extra payment.
All refunds are done through the same account with the same mode of payment from where the User has made the payment. Where the refund of an amount must be done, PEDAGOGISTA TEAM will deduct the refund charges and other related charges and refund the rest of the amount. The refund and additional such charges will be up to minimum charges of 5% to 12% of the Refunded amount.
All cancellations and refund requests are conditioned to the convenience of communication between members of our PEDAGOGISTA TEAM. After requesting a refund, the work will be considered continuing until any of our team members confirms. Users can contact us for further clarification on this matter. Request for a refund considering the below-mentioned reasons:
- When no service is delivered, or such service has been delivered after the due date, the confusion regarding the same will be reckoned to take one day and same will be complete 24 hours as per our Indian time zone.Â
- No further refund request will be accepted or entertained where the User already requested revision/modification/follow-up.
- The refund can only proceed with proof. The User must explain the issue to our team and write us an email with adequate evidence to confirm inconsistent service or delay in delivery.
- A partial refund request has proceeded if your purchase misses some requirements. Our expert team will decide on the partial refund amount after reviewing the progress of the work.
- A refund can’t be issued if the User of the service deviates from their original requirement, which they have mentioned at the time-of-service request.
- An email formally asking for a refund won’t be considered unless user show proper proof and documents showing unsatisfactory service delivery.
- A full refund can’t be considered for the purchase of Extensive writing assignments. A partial refund can be done after reviewing all the criteria.
- If the User has a request for revision/modification within 2 days from the day we deliver your order. If such a revision/modification request takes time, such delivery will be sent within 7 to 10 days of submission.
- You may request any Modifications/clarifications within 2 to 7 days from the day we deliver the work to the User and state the reasons for the delay in making requests for Modifications/clarifications; we will consider the request. If the User asks for modification/clarification after seven days, it will charge an extra payment for the expert’s assistance. The User can’t claim a refund in the same service request.
- A request for a refund can’t be considered if a user follows some revisions/modifications or long follow-ups in the revision case. It will be presumed that the User of the service has mutually agreed with the delivered solution. No refund will be issued.Â
- A refund request can only proceed with intimating to us the issues/problems in the purchase. Refunds will only be allowed if the User state the reason behind it. Users must contact us by email or chat support to show the grounds for a refund. If you don’t follow policy, then chargeback is strictly not allowed.Â
- Once you confirm your order, having a delivery time of more than one day, you can only cancel that order if the work has yet to be started. For any work which needs to be delivered within 24 hours, such delivery of assignments is non-refundable or non-cancellation.
